-          \Platinum & Solitaire Service : To manage end to end customer life cycle and maintain relationship with the most premium value segment “Platinum / Solitaire” across Mobility & Telemedia

-          Provisioning Executive :

-          Zonal Activation (ZAE) / NDNC : Will be responsible for zonal spokes operations and ensures spoke process adherence. Regularly visits zonal retailers, distributor & Channel partners for training and refresher on our activation process.
