The below mentioned Communication Skills Tests and Technical Tests would be part of the Pre-screening Tests.
Technical Test would be based on:
1) Accounting Basics, (Accounting Terminology, Financial Statements, Accounts Analysis)
2) MS Excel.

The Communication Skills Tests :
As a pre-hiring assessment, you will have to take two Communication Skills Tests:
1) Versant (30 mins) and
2) Listening and Reading Test (30 mins)
Versant Test:
We would recommend you to go through the sample test for Versant and prepare accordingly prior to the test.
Listening and Reading Test:
You are given a time limit of 30mins to do this exercise. You will have 2 sections one for Listening and the other Reading each comprising of 16 questions.
These tests are mandatory in the recruitment process. The processing of your application further depends on your scores in these tests.
Note: Please ensure that you carry the following mandatory documents:
a) A print out of this mail
b) Your updated resume
Government authorized photo identity proof

· Your Provisional Certificate
· Passport size photograph

Note :-
· If your Percentage is less than 60% in MBA , kindly ignore the mail. (UG and MBA needs to be full time)
· Candidates should have done their MBA from Premier B- school OR should have atleast 12 months of MNC/ any banking experience after MBA.
